Stripe

Google Gemini AI

Product data may be sent to Google Gemini AI for generating optimized content (titles, descriptions, alt text). Google's AI services are subject to their privacy policy.

Anthropic Claude AI

Customer support chat messages may be processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.

Google Search Console

With your explicit consent, we may connect to your Google Search Console account to retrieve 404 error data, crawl statistics, and indexing status for your website. This data is used solely to identify broken URLs and create redirects that improve your store's SEO performance. We request read-only access and do not modify your Google Search Console settings. You can disconnect Google Search Console at any time from your dashboard.

Google Merchant Center

With your explicit consent, we may connect to your Google Merchant Center account to retrieve product diagnostics, disapproval data, and feed status. This data is used to identify and fix product listing issues that prevent your products from appearing in Google Shopping. You can disconnect Google Merchant Center at any time from your dashboard.

Supabase

We use Supabase for database hosting. Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases. See Supabase's privacy policy for details.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

Optimization logs and activity history may be retained for up to 2 years for service improvement and support purposes.
