This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of OptimizerShop, operated by RDELLI CORP. By using OptimizerShop, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Use

OptimizerShop is designed for Shopify merchants to optimize their product listings for search engines and marketplace compliance. You may use the Service to:

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and metadata
• Generate and manage GTINs and product identifiers
• Create and manage URL redirects
• Monitor Google Search Console and Merchant Center data
• Auto-assign products to collections
• Generate image alt text for accessibility and SEO

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use OptimizerShop to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive product content
• Manipulate search rankings through black-hat SEO techniques
• Scrape or harvest data from other merchants' stores
• Distribute malware or malicious code through product listings
• Violate any Shopify, Google, or marketplace terms of service
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate content that is discriminatory, hateful, or promotes violence
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse API access
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Resell or redistribute OptimizerShop's services without authorization

4. Content Standards

All content generated or modified through OptimizerShop must:

• Be accurate and truthful regarding product attributes
• Comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws
• Respect intellectual property rights of product brands and manufacturers
• Meet the content policies of Shopify and any connected sales channels (Google Shopping, etc.)

5. API Usage & Rate Limits

Each plan includes specific usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled service. Automated access to OptimizerShop outside of the provided interface or API is prohibited. Attempts to circumvent rate limits will result in account suspension.

6. Data Handling

You are responsible for ensuring that any product data processed through OptimizerShop complies with applicable data protection regulations. You must have the right to use and modify the product data you submit to our Service. OptimizerShop processes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Investigate suspected violations of this policy
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users.

9. Changes to This Policy
