Common Issues
Check that you've approved all Shopify permissions. Try disconnecting and reconnecting from Settings. If the issue persists, contact support with your store URL.
Verify your subscription is active in Settings. Check that your store has products. The scheduler runs based on your plan tier: weekly for Starter, daily for Growth, 2x daily for Scale.
Scores are calculated based on title quality, description length, meta tags, image alt text, and GTIN coverage. Run a fresh scan from your store detail page to get updated scores.
Go to Settings → Google Search Console → Click Connect. You'll be redirected to Google to authorize read-only access. If auto-match fails, you'll see a property picker dropdown.
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime. Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation.
